Using sales skills, customer service, and product expertise, the Inside Account Executive (IAE) will influence customers and optimize business outcomes. The IAE contacts prospective and existing customers whose interest in Concentra is identified through their digital behavior on the Concentra website, engagement with our centers or through other company-defined lead channels. The IAE contacts these customers to maximize their utilization of Concentra products and services. The IAE's customer interactions will include following the Concentra Best-in-Class sales process to telephonically provide solutions, value, and product rates to customers. In this role, the IAE leverages customer knowledge and utilizes a creative approach to identify sales opportunities for continued customer growth and retention.

 

Responsibilities

  • Telephonic and/or digital outreach to prospective customer leads that are generated through digital customer interactions and Concentra website activity or engagement with our centers 
  • Telephonic and/or digital outreach to existing customer leads that are generated through analysis of existing customers’ utilization of Concentra’s services 
  • Telephonic and/or digital outreach to other prospective customer leads as identified by analysis 
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Concentra’s products and services, and leverages this knowledge through the selling and transaction completion processes 
  • Use Concentra’s Best-in-Class value proposition to telephonically sell occupational health solutions to customers 
  • Leverage industry knowledge to identify opportunities to maximize the customer’s use of Concentra’s products and services 
  • Partner with the colleagues at Concentra’s medical centers nationwide to ensure successful delivery of service to customers 
  • Engage in frequent telephonic follow up to previously sold customers to ensure continued satisfaction and utilization of Concentra’s services 
  • Ensure the successful set up of accounts within Concentra’s customer database in a way that results in accurate service delivery and smooth customer experiences 
  • Identify growth opportunities per customer assigned by analyzing usage patterns and services within a historic time period 
  • Create close and implementation plans that shorten the sales cycle and increases market share by customer 
  • Perform account research, which includes engaging center, area, and regional leadership teams 
  • Strategically align Concentra services/channels to realize incremental growth 
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, appointments, closed sales, and follow-up activity within assigned territory through the use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool

Qualifications

  • Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Major: Degree must be from an accredited college or university.
  • Education Details: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field 
  • Customarily has at least one year of sales related experience 
  • Experience with solution and value-based selling 
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool

  • Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions
